Assistant Project/ Event Manager Job Scope / Responsibilities: o Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events or company projects. o Coordinate logistics such as booking venues, liaising with vendors/suppliers, and preparing materials. o Support the team with administrative tasks, data entry, documentation, and follow-ups. o Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown, registration, and crowd control (if applicable). o Prepare reports, attendance lists, or photo documentation post-event. o Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. ________________________________________ Candidate Requirements: o Experience in Event Management, Business Admin, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related fields are encouraged to apply. o Good communication and teamwork skills. o Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision. o Willing to work on-site and outside normal office hours when required (for events). o Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.) o Able to multitask and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. o Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
