Salary Range :

RM5,500 - RM8,000 (depending on experience)

Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru (JB) Sungai Buloh, Kuala Lumpur (KL)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The role involves leading marketing strategies, guiding a team, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Lead, coach, and mentor the marketing team. Oversee planning and execution of branding across all platforms. Review and guide creative content for advertisements, newsletters, brochures, and social media. Manage digital marketing activities to effectively reach target audiences. Plan and execute marketing campaigns from concept to analysis. Support product launches, exhibitions, and corporate events. Manage marketing budgets and provide timely reports to management. Carry out other tasks assigned by management when required.

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field. At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, including team leadership. Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
