Computer & System Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data sorting).
  • Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems.
  • Email professionalism and digital record-keeping.
Tanggungjawab
1. Data Entry & Administrative Skills
Accurate PO creation and data entry.
Updating purchasing trackers, delivery schedules, and supplier lists.
Filing and documentation management (digital & physical).
2. Communication Skills
Clear communication with suppliers, internal teams (merchandising, production, warehouse).
Ability to follow up professionally on deliveries, samples, and quotations.
Basic negotiation skills (price, lead time, MOQ).
3. Time Management & Multitasking
Handling multiple POs and China supplier follow-ups simultaneously.
Prioritizing urgent orders for production.
Meeting tight apparel production timelines.
