Ensure all products comply with
quality and food safety standards
, including internal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee
Quality Control operations
and
Laboratory functions
, ensuring accurate testing, documentation, and compliance with standards.
Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for quality or food safety issues.
Support audits (internal, customer, and external) and ensure the plant maintains certification readiness.
Perform any other duties assigned by management as and when required.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a
Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree
in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Strong background and hands-on knowledge in
Quality Management
, QA/QC operations, and food-related manufacturing processes.
Solid understanding of
food safety and quality systems
, including
HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001,
and
FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification)
.
Experience in handling audits, documentation, and compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
