You will
- To assist Assistant Contract Manager in organizing and supervising all the Projects tasks that facilities the smooth running of business operations.
- To assist to do measurement building and infrastructure works.
- To assist look for building material price from supplier.
- To assist prepare tender BQ
- To assist in prepare letter of award.
- To rationalize the tender BQ rate.
- To assist compile contract binding document.
- To coordinate with Consultants, contractors and other parties involved in the project.
- To prepare Recommendations of Progress Payment, Variation Orders and Statement of Final Account.
- To assist and undertake any other duties assigned by Management.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Computer literate (Microsoft office)
- Preferably specialized in Engineering - quality surveyor, civil/construction/structural or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

- Normal working hours - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Mon - Fri).
