You will

• To assist Assistant Contract Manager in organizing and supervising all the Projects tasks that facilities the smooth running of business operations.

What do we need you to do? Pre-Contract

• To assist to do measurement building and infrastructure works.
• To assist look for building material price from supplier.
• To assist prepare tender BQ
• To assist in prepare letter of award.
• To rationalize the tender BQ rate.
• To assist compile contract binding document.

Post-Contract

• To coordinate with Consultants, contractors and other parties involved in the project.
• To prepare Recommendations of Progress Payment, Variation Orders and Statement of Final Account.
• To assist and undertake any other duties assigned by Management.

What do we need from you?

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Computer literate (Microsoft office)
• Preferably specialized in Engineering - quality surveyor, civil/construction/structural or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
