Requirements:-

Male
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in QS or equivalent
At least 3 years and above of working experience in Construction field
Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for pre-contract and post-contract works including analyzing, costing and pricing as well as preparation of tender documents etc
Able to take off quantities from drawings and plans. Source and work out all pricing
Preparation and submit variation order and progress claim
Attend to site evaluation and measurement of work done, perform technical checking and prepare interim and final payment certificates
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
