• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Can speak in English & Mandarin.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and techniques.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying software (e.g., Glodon).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Assist in conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Support in the preparation of tender documents and procurement activities.
• Assist in evaluating and negotiating main contractor, subcontractor, and supplier quotations.
• Monitor and manage project costs throughout the construction phase.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing progress certificates and financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records of quantity surveying activities and documentation.
