Assistant Resort Manager
Job Description
Assist Resort Manager with managing the daily operations and staffing on island resort Ensure excellent customer service to resort guests Perform daily inspections of resort facilities and ensure compliance with resort operating standards of customer service, housekeeping and hygiene Order and track inventory on all resort supplies and material Assist with monthly stock-keeping and inventory management Check and inspect resort infrastructure facilities, follow up on room defects and resort preventative maintenance schedules
Rawa Island Resort is an idyllic Malaysia tropical island resort popular with families looking to unwind from the stress and strain of modern life. Situated within the archipelago of the Sultan Iskandar Marine Park, Rawa Island is accessible by a twenty-minute boat ride from Mersing, Johor. This beachfront resort features 77 rooms, each individually designed to blend in with the natural landscape. Modern furnishings provide guests with the comforts of home. We seek independent, skilled individuals with a passion for hospitality and service.
