Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in hotel/resort industry and in management level.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the brand and company\xe2\x80\x99s policies. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning and directing activities/ events; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Motivating staff with their job performance and knowledge, including general group, site management, sales call preparation and proposal/ contract development.
Conduct outside sales calls to cultivate existing customers and accounts, and develop new business.
Aggressively pursue all appropriate opportunities within designated market segments for outside customer solicitation and relationship building. Conduct annual strategic marketing plan, budget, and monthly forecasts. Be able to understand and interpret market conditions, trends, and the competition.
Lead and assist in planning, strategizing, coordinating and executing all media, PR and Social Media related activities & content for the company.
Produce content into the company website, including recent news/media appearence and info related to company.
To maintain and improve company\xe2\x80\x99s image and brand standards.
