Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for the smooth operation and profitability of the restaurant.
Allocates and uses all resources efficiently to achieve maximum profits through planning, organising, leadership and communications to achieve best results for the restaurant.
Ensures the working areas and practices are following Shangri-La Food Safety requirements.
Trains and develops internal talents.
Enhances overall Guest Dining Satisfaction and maintains high quality of service experience.
Works on the assignment given by Restaurant Manager within the timeline.

Requirements

Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management or equivalent is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Japanese Restaurant.
People and customer-oriented, motivator and self-starter.
Strong organisational and leadership skills required.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
