Assistant Restaurant Manager Chinese Restaurant
Job Description
Assisting Restaurant Manager in managing the daily operations of the chinese restaurant in an efficient and responsible manner. Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant. Assist to analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability with marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes. Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales. Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts. Assist in recruiting, training, managing and motivate staff. Responsible in handling the guest requests, inquiries and complaints professionally. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
