Overview: The Assistant Manager supervises daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Train, allocate role and supervises staff. Maintains standards on restaurant safety and security. Exceptional customer service and leadership quality is a major component of this position. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Supervises food preparation to ensure that food safety and operations standards are maintained \xc2\xb7 Coordinates and supervises staff so that standards of cleanliness are maintained as outlined in the SUBWAY Operations Manual \xc2\xb7 Inventory management and ordering \xc2\xb7 Ensures cash drop is performed by Cashiers as and when prompted by the POS system \xc2\xb7 Deposits exact amount of cash sales as recorded in the POS Sales Report daily and completes Bank in Report in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Completes paperwork duties as needed and assist with planning of special events and promotions \xc2\xb7 Conducts pre-screen interviews for team member candidates Job Requirements:
