Responsibilities: Restaurant Management Team (Assistant Restaurant Manager & Shift Manager)

Operational Planning & Performance

Execute the restaurant's Operating Plan in alignment with directives from the Head of Operation and company goals. Communicate performance expectations clearly to the Restaurant Management Team (RMT). Monitor the restaurant's performance in all Key Result Areas (KRAs) and ensure follow-through on action plans.

Regulatory Compliance & Standards

Ensure full compliance with all local and government regulations, including Food Safety, OSHA, Halal requirements, and other local policies. Drive consistent implementation of FSC (Food, Service, Cleanliness) and Gold Standard Consistency (GSC) standards, and develop action plans for improvement when necessary.

Sales & Business Growth

Achieve and exceed store sales targets as defined by the Head of Operation. Integrate suggestive selling techniques and in-store sales-building initiatives to achieve desired product sales mix. Oversee new product launches, monitor sales performance, and provide feedback on process or operational issues. Analyze sales performance of both new and existing products, assessing impact on overall business.

Team Leadership & Communication

Lead regular meetings with team members to share updates, align on goals, and gather feedback. Manage manpower planning and ensure staffing levels meet approved requirements. Develop effective scheduling plans that balance labor costs with sales performance.

Reporting & Analysis

Collect and analyze business performance data to support decision-making. Prepare accurate reports for monthly business reviews and other management presentations.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
