Job Description

:

Able to work in a NON HALAL Restaurant. Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing activities. Prepare and manage staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate manpower coverage. Supervise service standards and resolve customers' questions or complaints professionally and promptly. Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health regulations. Oversee inventory management -- check and record food, beverage, and supplies consistently and accurately. Handle cash management, record income and expenses, and ensure cash registers are balanced. Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, and executing special events or promotions. Ensure opening, operating, and closing procedures are properly followed by all team members. Manage and resolve cashiering or payment issues as needed. Escalate unresolved guest complaints to the Manager or Duty Manager for service recovery. Implement service improvement plans to maintain excellent guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-halal restaurant or F&B environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operation standards. Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Responsible, proactive, and capable of leading by example.
