Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth operation and profitability of the restaurant.
  • Allocates and uses all resources efficiently to achieve maximum profits through planning, organising, leadership and communications to achieve best results for the restaurant.
  • Ensures the working areas and practices are following Shangri-La Food Safety requirements.
  • Trains and develops internal talents.
  • Enhances overall Guest Dining Satisfaction and maintains high quality of service experience.
  • Works on the assignment given by Restaurant Manager within the timeline.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Japanese Restaurant.
  • People and customer-oriented, motivator and self-starter.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills required.
  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
