Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibility To be responsible for the entire operations of the restaurant/outlets,

  • Providing leadership and control in outlet,
  • ensuring all customers to receive good service and quality of food,
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety,
  • Preparing report for shift/week, including staff control and sales,
  • Team player and able to train and guide outlet team.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years\' experience in F&B management and min 1 year as Manager in charge Good technical or SOP knowledge.
  • Proven of upholding operations and company standards Job
