Job Description
Job Responsibility To be responsible for the entire operations of the restaurant/outlets,
- Providing leadership and control in outlet,
- ensuring all customers to receive good service and quality of food,
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety,
- Preparing report for shift/week, including staff control and sales,
- Team player and able to train and guide outlet team.
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years\' experience in F&B management and min 1 year as Manager in charge Good technical or SOP knowledge.
