Job Description

  • Assist and manage the Restaurant in maintaining appropriate staff and preparing weekly schedules
  • Assist and manage team members when needed
  • Assist and administer all necessary paperwork
  • Assist and analyze the profit and loss statement and fulfill the established sales plan for the branch
  • Maintain and record inventory accurately\
  • Understand, enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Assist in maintaining all company operating standards and compliance
  • Ensure that Malaysian laws, regulations are practiced and enforced
  • Maintain a clean restaurant at all times
  • Deliver high quality products consistently every day and every shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
