Assist and manage the Restaurant in maintaining appropriate staff and preparing weekly schedules
Assist and manage team members when needed
Assist and administer all necessary paperwork
Assist and analyze the profit and loss statement and fulfill the established sales plan for the branch
Maintain and record inventory accurately\
Understand, enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Assist in maintaining all company operating standards and compliance
Ensure that Malaysian laws, regulations are practiced and enforced
Maintain a clean restaurant at all times
Deliver high quality products consistently every day and every shift
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
