The Assistant Manager supervises daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Train, allocate role and supervises staff. Maintains standards on restaurant safety and security. Exceptional customer service and leadership quality is a major component of this position. Key Responsibilities 1. supervises food preparation to ensure that food safety and operations standards are maintained. 2. Coordinates and supervises staff so that standards of cleanliness are maintained as outlined in the SUBWAY Operations Manual. 3. Inventory management and ordering. 4. Ensures cash drop is performed by Cashiers as and when prompted by the POS system. 5. Deposits exact amount of Cash sales as recorded in the POS Sales Report daily and completes Bank In report in a timely manner. 6. Completes paperwork duties as needed and assist with planning of special events and promotions. 7. Conducts pre-screen interviews for team member candidates. PRE-REQUISITES: Education : Diploma or equivalent Experience : Experience in QSR operations, preferably with supervisory experience. Requires excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of employees. Computer knowledge is desirable. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
