Must possess at least a Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or its equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Have pleasant disposition and able to communicate proficiently in English.
Full Time; moderate travel required. Schedule may vary by departmental needs.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day operation of the all departments in a branch.
Identify customers\' needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
Manages sales targets, including the monitoring and execution of marketing program.
Ensure execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards on all departments; including the monitoring of food product quality, completing all necessary departmental reports.
Manages team member schedule.
Create action plans for food cost and labor controls.
Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policy health/sanitation regulations, takes corrective actions as required.
Review daily break violations and is charged with enforcing Company policy and State and Federal Law.
Ensure compliance with Company Operating policies and procedures. Ensure correct procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment.
Monitor maintenance requirement to ensure Company procedures and standards are being followed. Reports and follows up on preventive maintenance plans and activities.
Completes all administrative requirements; i.e. daily/ weekly/monthly reports to support the Executive Team.
Lead F & B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Provide a two- way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
Performs other job related duties as may be assigned as required.
