The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant. This includes supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensure store standards are met.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and waste control.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Train, coach, and develop team members.
Monitor labor costs and assist with scheduling.
Support in achieving sales and profitability goals.
Conduct daily and weekly audits to ensure quality control.
Assist in opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in hospitality/management is an advantage.
At least 1-2 years of experience in F&B or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office).

Pay: RM1,850.65 - RM2,847.07 per month
