Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the entire operations of the restaurant/outlets
  • Providing leadership and control in the outlet, ensuring all customers to receive good service and quality of food
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
  • Preparing report for shift/week, including staff control and sales
  • Team player and able to train and guide outlet team
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Dynamic personality with good communication ability
  • Willing to work long hours especially weekends and public holiday
