To be responsible for the entire operations of the restaurant/outlets
Providing leadership and control in the outlet, ensuring all customers to receive good service and quality of food
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
Preparing report for shift/week, including staff control and sales
Team player and able to train and guide outlet team
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Dynamic personality with good communication ability
Willing to work long hours especially weekends and public holiday
