Responsibilities
Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Assist the Operations / Restaurant Manager to plan the promotions, purchases and pricing for the Restaurant
Manages to uphold and improve the service standards
Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
Analyze customer behaviour and adjust product positioning
Handle customer complaints on a timely and efficient manner
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Prepare schedule for the staffs according to the forecast and within the limits of the manning to ensure adequate manpower at all times under the guidance of the Operations / Restaurant Manager
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the restaurant / outlet
Make sure staffs adhere to company\'s policies and guidelines
Responsible for complying with all food, beverage, health and safety regulations
Ensure correct handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses
Any other duties as assigned by your Superior from time to time
