Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee day to day operation and ensuring smooth operation on the restaurant. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to mentor staff to achieve excellent services for outlets and improve profit margin for the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent team player and people oriented \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to train and motivate team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure safety and cleanliness in work place \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and maintain operational records, include inventory, sales and cash related reports Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/ Degree in Culinary / Hospitality or relevant working experience. Priority will be given to those from F&B industry with 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM with 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in F&B will be considered. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Johor, Kedah, Kelantan \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work efficiently under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership, dependable, good interpersonal and organizational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be willing to relocate if needed.
