Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily operations of the retail store.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running and adequate staffing in all branches.
Support recruitment, training, and supervision of retail staff.
Schedule and delegate tasks effectively to team members.
Motivate and guide the team to meet performance targets.
Ensure shopkeepers and riders are well-trained and follow company SOPs and policies.
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Help develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Assist with stock management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory.
Analyse sales data and trends to meet sales targets.
Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operational matters.
Assist the Retail Manager with budgeting and financial tasks.
Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, inventory, and sales.
Provide departmental reports and manage scheduling.
Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, including report preparation and reward systems based on targets.
Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by top management.
