Job Description


  • Supports the daily management of store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service, efficient inventory management, and effective team leadership.
  • Collaborating with the store manager to drive sales performance, optimize operational processes, and uphold the brand\'s luxury reputation.
  • Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and in line with company standards. This includes managing staff, handling inventory, and maintaining store presentation.
  • Supporting and motivating the store team, providing training and guidance to ensure high levels of customer service and effective performance.
  • Assisting in driving sales and meeting targets through strategic planning, implementing promotional activities, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and creating a positive shopping experience to build customer loyalty.
  • Managing store processes, including stock control, merchandising, and maintaining store compliance with company policies and procedures.
