JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the Sales Manager in managing the daily operation of the Telesales team to meet sales targets and in line with the Company\'s objectives and strategies Leads / Data Management
Analyzing sales data to improve team revenue and ensure resources are properly allocated - priorities, leads distribution, Approved Rate (AR) & Average Order Value (AOV) gap.
Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operation performance.
Monitor Revenue (validated & delivered), AOV and Delivery Rate (DR). Ensuring all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded. People Management.
Reviewing the performance of telesales agents, identifying coaching needs and planning coaching sessions.
Create motivational strategies that can support achieving sales targets.
Supporting subordinates to solve difficult issues and giving suitable guidance and directions.
Motivating and retaining telesales agents (if needed) based on their strengths and improvement areas. Performance
Create appropriate call scripts/sales promotions/campaigns to attract customers.
Monitor team KPI, give direction on which part that need to be improved and how to do it
Monitor failed delivery to evaluate and improve sales quality.
Work closely to L&D team for training materials in order to support team improvement.
Provide input to Sales Manager on effectiveness of current sales strategy and improvement areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Energetic, dynamic & professional in actions.
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English
Minimum 3-4 years experience in the same position, managing 50 personnel, preferably from insurance or the same business (herbal or cosmetic products).
Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate team members and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
Experience in team management on system, good analysis thinking and figure oriented to evaluate.
Highly responsible and willing to work overtime.
Familiarity with the start -up environment and good reporting skills are preferred.
