Develop and maintain strong ties with local, regional, and international Travel Agents. Be the go-to person they trust.
Drive Sales:
Promote our room and breakfast packages, negotiate contracts, and make sure our hotel is always on the shortlist for TA bookings.
Spot Opportunities:
Actively seek out new agents and tour operators while nurturing existing accounts.
Stay Competitive:
Keep an eye on what competitors are offering and work with the team to create packages and promotions that stand out.
Support the Team:
Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, and Finance to ensure smooth booking and payment processes.
Track & Report:
Monitor the performance of TA accounts, share insights with the team, and suggest new strategies to hit revenue targets.
Who We're Looking For
Someone with at least 3 years of hotel sales experience, ideally with strong exposure to Travel Agent accounts.
A natural relationship builder with good communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, proactive, and motivated to hit (and exceed) sales targets.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, hotel IDB systems, and familiar with online distribution platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple accounts at once.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
