You will play an essential role in:-
Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly sales and collection target.
Responsible for sales & marketing of sanitary wares, tap fittings, tiles & other building material to construction projects.
Develop business opportunities through researching, planning, identifying, and securing new sales.
Conduct product presentation, introduction, and demonstration.
Negotiates with principals for the best pricing and other term in the best interest of the company.
Build and maintain good business relationship with and between all relevant parties, solve issues that may arise in all business circles to ensure the standards established in the initial sales agreement are well maintained.
Motivate your sales team to reach for the star through appropriate training and emphatic counseling.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when required
