Job Description


  • Assisting the procurement manager in daily import and export operations, completing purchase order creation, confirmation, arranging shipments, and tracking delivery dates.
  • Preparing documents related to incoming goods, actively cooperating with warehouse to ensure the quality and quantity of purchased goods in stock, and assisting with end-of-month financial closing tasks.
