Job Responsibility Candidate must understand Mandarin and English Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive approach to problem solving Ability to multitask Strong time-management and organization skills Have own transport Time Flexible Job Requirements Screen phone call, enquiries and request and handle them when appropriate Support and assist the CEO in all matters including secretarial duties, personal, administrative confidential matters Manage general matter and provide assistance towards the co-ordination of overall office administration Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation Maintaining, scheduling and coordinating all meeting/appointments closely, taking dictation and minutes Prepare correspondence on the directors behalf and read, monitor and respond emails Coordinate events and speaking engagements Draft correspondence such as emails and letters Job Benifits EPF / SOCSO / EIS Annual Leave Sick Leave Parking Allowance Company Trip Bonus Monthly Gathering
