Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Secretarial Qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience with Public Listed companies, preferably in an Engineering/ Construction industry.
  • The candidate must be able to keep confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent in business writing and communication skills.
  • A self-initiator with a sense of urgency.
  • Outspoken and possesses excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and IT applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, BM and Mandarin.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 4,500 to RM 6,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Benefit:
Annual Leave, Bonus, Outpatient Medical Claims etc
Working Days: 5 days work week
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Executive Director\'s expectations:
  • Expects his PA\'s roles in keeping confidentiality, good in business writing skills, preferably someone having an experience in the construction industry but not with their business partners (few candidates from few partners sourced by internal HR was rejected by him i.e. Gamuda, Ahmad Zaki, MRCB, Sunway Group).
  • Good in corporate governance or worked with public listed company before.
  • Presentable and young.
Scopes:

Position: Personal Assistant/ Secretary to ED
Location: Shah Alam

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Report to the Executive Director (Corporate)
  • Provide full support to Executive Director\xe2\x80\x99s diary, appointment and meetings.
  • Filter email, screen calls, deal with the enquiries and requests appropriately.
  • Process Executive Director\xe2\x80\x99s correspondence, ensuring the incoming correspondence is dealt with by the ED or on behalf of ED.
  • Manage arrangement for project and corporate meetings, includes producing and distributing the agenda, minutes and follow up meeting outcome in action.
  • Assist the ED in triggering and following up with action on matters that falls within the ED\xe2\x80\x99s responsibility.
  • Tabulate the content of business contract and report to the ED.
  • Organize the ED\xe2\x80\x99s travel arrangements, both internationally and domestically.
  • Provide a service that is in line with the ED\xe2\x80\x99s work habits and preference.
  • Able to support travel requirements/ needs with short notice.
  • Perform any other duty & responsibility that Director may assign from time to time.
