Work closely with different departments and teams to understand their processes and procedures.
SOP Documentation:
Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures in a clear and structured format.
Ensure SOPs are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct research to gather relevant information required for SOP development.
Analyze existing processes and propose improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Process Mapping:
Create process flow diagrams and maps to illustrate procedures and workflow for a better understanding.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure SOPs comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Participate in audits and reviews to verify SOP compliance and effectiveness.
Communication:
Communicate SOP changes and updates to relevant stakeholders and ensure proper training on new procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing SOPs, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting necessary changes.
Documentation Management:
Maintain a centralized repository for SOPs and related documents, ensuring easy access and version control.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Operations).
Previous experience in SOP development, process mapping, or related areas is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
Strong proficiency in using documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards related to SOPs is a plus.
