Job Description

1. Preparing, checking and running 1kg packing machine and equipment based on work instruction. 2. Checking, cleaning and running all the preventive maintenance program to ensure all the machine and work area is clean. 3. Recording the cleaning activities accordingly. 4. Running autonomous maintaining and repairing program to ensure the machine is running on standard performance and ready to use. 5. To do and record the breakdown analysis. 6. Running all process control procedures and work instruction of flour packing based on standard quality system. 7. To observe and follow all Safety Operating Procedures and ensure safety practices at all production areas & within the work/repair shop as well as wearing PPE when required. 8. To comply with the requirements of FSSC 22000 and to support and to participate in FSSC 22000 activities. 9. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
