We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Site Supervisor to support site operations for housing projects. The successful candidate will assist in supervising construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and checking defects to meet project specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Site Supervisor in daily site operations and coordination.
Inspect housing units to identify construction defects and quality issues.
Monitor and ensure rectification of defects during and after construction.
Assist in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and workers on-site.
Prepare basic site reports, checklists, and progress updates.
Conduct various site visits and monitoring as required.
Requirements
:
Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
1 year of experience in housing or construction projects.
Fresh graduates who are eager to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and defect inspection is an added advantage.
Willing to work on-site and handle field inspections.
