Assist the Site Supervisor in daily supervision of construction activities.
Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
Support the preparation of daily progress reports, site diaries, and documentation.
Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols and report any incidents or hazards immediately.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks under the guidance of the Site Supervisor.
Help resolve minor technical or operational issues on-site.
Assist in managing manpower allocation and equipment usage.
Attend coordination and toolbox meetings as required.
Maintain good communication with project management, consultants, and clients.
