• Responsible for the global operation of the B. Braun Firewall and Security Systems.
• Supporting technical conception, implementation, lifecycle, maintenance, documentation of the Firewall software and hardware in terms of quality, GMP, Auditing, Security and Compliance.
• Planning and execution of daily administrative tasks including performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, provisioning of recommended solutions, proactive error prevention, identifying network requirements, installing upgrades, etc.
• Ensuring stability and optimal performance of IT asset includes Incident and problem Management.
• Planning and execution of hardware and software installations with coordination and control of external support/service providers.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment in a global team.
• As a business consultant, supports business projects related to IT security topics.
• To provide support for the global firewall infrastructures/ Business Application Support.
• To provide support and operate the Zscaler Web Security.
• To provide support and operate Umbrella, CheckPoint firewall and IPS.
• To support and operate Citrix ADC.

Professional competencies

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science of the related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years\' work experience within at least 3 of the following areas/products:
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide support and operate the Zscaler Web Security
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide support and operate Umbrella
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide support and operate CheckPoint firewall and IPS
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To support and operate Citrix ADC
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Technically enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude is required
• Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment in a global team.
