We are on the lookout for : Assistant Store Manager Jobs Description Responsibilities:
*Managing all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet and responsible for building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales.
*Responsible for leading a store team to create and maintain the Boost Experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the store\'s financial performance.
*Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing rosters and staff costs.
*Ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures
*Stock handling, inventory counting and managing Cost of Goods
*Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales *Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs
*Reporting to Area Manager & Operations Manager
*Responsible for sales pattern *Communicating effectively with team members *Work professionally - with a personal touch Requirements:
*Excellent customer service skills & good communication
*Excellent spoken Bahasa & English essential
*Ability to build, lead & manage a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales *Retail and/or hospitality experience with management of teams (or relevant field) *Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing retail store *Responsible, honest, energetic, punctual to work and co-operation *Preferably Supervisors / Managers specializing in Food / Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent.
