Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, including inventory and merchandising.
• Results-driven with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations.
• Drive sales and profitability by motivating the team and implementing sales strategies.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and delegation of daily tasks.
• Conduct sales training and performance reviews for Store Crew and Senior Store Crew.
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory processes including stock counts, transfers, and loss prevention.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Analyse sales reports and provide insights to the Store Manager.
