Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Tanggungjawab
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations.
Drive sales and profitability by motivating the team and implementing sales strategies.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and delegation of daily tasks.
Conduct sales training and performance reviews for Store Crew and Senior Store Crew.
Oversee visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Manage inventory processes including stock counts, transfers, and loss prevention.
Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Analyse sales reports and provide insights to the Store Manager.
