Requirements

Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM Required language, Bahasa Melayu and English. Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage. Age: 35 years and below

Responsibility

Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service. Efficient organization and operation of the shop. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times. Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card. To maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues Motivate & train staffs on the company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills Come up with a strategy to achieve sales target Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc) Provide professional services to customers Maintain a professional level of customer service in promoting the company's products: Provide professional services to customers Ensure adequate stock levels Achieve sales targets Being a cashier and promote expertise in card
