GIANT MINI is rapidly growing mini supermarkets (convenience store) provided all your needs from daily fresh products, groceries, to household essentials, bill payments and top up. Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible in assisting Store in Charge & Supervisor for overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
• Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)
• To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer
• Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
• Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a STPM/Diploma/Degree, any field.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Retail.
• Good communication skill
• Customer service oriented
• Willing to work on shift basis, weekends & Public Holidays
