Education & Experience
- Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a DIploma/Degree in any field.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
- Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
- Related experience in managing staff will be an added advantage.
- Few years of experience in retail/fnb line is an added advantage
- Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs\' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
- Motivate & train staffs on company\'s policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
- Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
- Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
- Provide professional services to customers.
