Job Description


Job Responsibility This position is a foundational role in the organizational structure and are the guardians of the company\'s most valuable asset: its people. You will blend strategic planning with Director\'s to drive an organization\'s success and provide support to all staff on HR matters. Supervisory Responsibilities May oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the company. May assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations. Duties/Responsibilities Recruits, interviews, reference check and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, prepare offer letter, new-hire orientations & exit interviews, provide career progression plan including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development. Reviews, tracks, plan, provide and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training as per ISO9001 compliance, and work assessments. This may include safety training, emergency response training, ISO certification, etc.. Attends and participates in employee meetings, and also representing the organization in dealings with outside bodies whichever assigned by superior. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Performs other duties and project as assigned. Job Requirements Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution. Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success. Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software\'s. Exceptionally skilled at administering corporate HR initiatives, and prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
