PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure in all warehouse activities namely receiving, storing, picking and Conversion as well as shipping.
To verify accuracies in inventory and paperwork pertaining to warehouse functions.
To organize the layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse space.
To supervise a team material handlers for stuffing and un-stuffing of containers for export and import shipments.
To control tight security and maintain 100% inventory at all times.
To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse.
To drive forklift or reach truck, if trained or assigned by Officer / Trainer.
Planning receipts, issues and deliveries.
Liaising with YCH Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Customers and Quality Organization.
Perform other job related functions as and when requested by superior.
To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.
To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedures and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.
To undertake any special assignments by YCH management.
