Assistant Supervisor, Warehouse (smt Kitting)
Job Description
Communicates effectively with team members, engineers, and supervisors.
Explains job scope and operational flow clearly to ensure smooth handovers.
Executes supervisory tasks including manpower (HC) arrangement and shift operation planning.
Manages and oversees shift operations with approximately 30 headcounts (HC).
Ensures compliance with production schedules and targets.
Manages SMT Kitting process end-to-end (from material receiving to SMT line).
Performs Offline Feeder Setup and Offline Feeder Return with full technical knowledge of setup details and troubleshooting.
Supports process improvements and efficiency optimization in SMT material handling.
Troubleshooting on process related.
Work Order Settlement.
Demonstrates strong discipline, punctuality, and reliability.
Maintains a positive attitude and professional conduct, setting an example for team members.
Education:
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience:
Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in SMT Kitting workflow (receiving ? kitting ? line support) and Offline Feeder Setup & Return.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
