Job Description


We are looking for a 3 months temporary/contract staff, to be working in HR and heavily involve as support for Talent Acquisition.Job summary:Provide clerical and administrative task support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.General responsibilities:

  • Support TA team in managing day-to-day operations and administrative task.
  • Provide support in recruitment activities & projects.
  • Support in Recruitment & Onboarding process in Success Factor system administration.
Functional skills and knowledge:
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/International Business/Marketing Management/Analytics/Human Resources Management, or anything equivalent
  • Temporary / Contract duration for only up to 3 months stint.
  • Someone who will be able to start immediately will be advantage.
  • Able to demonstrate a basic project management skill with great communication skills & inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to work within a deadline and take the initiatives to run research and analytics
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Power Point, Word & Excel)
  • A highly motivated, collaborative team player & willing to learn.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work in The Ascent, Petaling Jaya.
