Location: Pasir GudangResponsibilities:

Comply code of conduct in IMS area and effectively implement factory IMS business rules and standards in own work
Process daily procurement activities from PR to PO by ensuring accurate and timely procurement service.
Supplier goods/service delivery status follow up.
Vendor invoice verification for price difference or goods receipt missing.
Track invoice posting & payment status and timely reply to supplier.
Open PRs and POs continually follow up.
Seamless co-operation and communication with business teams & suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise.
Support technical buyer on supplier performance management.
Consolidate spot buys and execute the identified strategic plan.
Other tasks assigned by the superior.
