What you will be doing:

• Meet pre-sale support requests (demo, benchmark and test drive) for application using 3DExperince Solidworks, Simulation, PDM, CamWorks, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, Macro in SW software.
• Develop on demand program request in SolidWorks desktop and PDM
• Review ISP, arrange and meet all delivery and installation request for 3DExperince Solidworks, Simulation, PDM, CamWorks, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, Macro in SW software and etc.
• Arrange and meet all post-sales support requests for 3DExperince Solidworks, Simulation, PDM, CamWorks, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, Macro in SW software and etc.
• Provide and deliver high quality of product demonstration and solution presentation to meet client expectation.
• Meet requests for project and services (3DExperince Solidworks, Simulation, PDM, CamWorks, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, Macro in SW software and etc).
• Meet requests for training (3DExperince Solidworks, Simulation, PDM, CamWorks, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, Macro in SW software and etc).
• Implement good prospect management policy and customer follow-up to assure that all potential customers are handled in a manner conducive to maximizing the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals for sales penetration, profitability and customer loyalty.
• Grow the business across assigned base to gain greater market share.
• Provide pro-active initiatives to improve more value add to clients and ensure good clients\xe2\x80\x99 experience so as to improve margins.

Who we are looking for:

• At least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or any related field.
• At least 2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experiences in related field.
• Posses software skills in: 3DExperince Solidworks, Simulation, PDM, CamWorks, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, Macro in SW software
• Good written and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• High analytical thinking and communication skill.
• Able to cope with pressure and tight deadline schedule.
• Willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
