Job Requirements :-

  • Minimum a Degree in any Business/Engineering Discipline, or, its equivalent.
  • Any other certificate in Warehouse Management System, Inventory Control, Stock Count & Reporting is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 - 6 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Candidate without related academic qualification must have at least 9 years of working experience in relevant field.
  • Actual hands-on experience in store & warehousing operation.
  • Ability to analyse & address inventory replenishment needs & annual budgeting to meet organizational needs.
  • Prior usage of SAP/Ariba system will be added advantage.
  • Experience in recruit, select, orient, train, coach & motivate team members.
  • Experience to train & manage warehouse team to solve day to day operational issues & reach short- & long-term performance goals.
  • Experience in review & prepare workflows, manning & space requirements, equipment layout & action plans.
  • Experience to organize notes, assign roles, and oversee warehouse team members.
  • Experience in theme park industry is much preferred & is a definite advantage.
  • Knowledge in OSHA safety rules for warehouse work.
  • Must possess good English & Bahasa Malaysia listening & understanding, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  • Proficient of MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook).
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
Job Responsibilities :-
  • Responsible to all assigned warehouse tasks, which include timely processing of goods loading, unloading, receiving, issuing, labelling, sorting, picking & repacking of materials.
  • Monitor performance, develop plans to improve the delivery & supply performance as well as all planned logistic processes & implement measures for improvements.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs & efficiency
  • Receive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading docks.
  • Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
  • Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory.
  • Ensuring proper handling & storage of spare parts, consumables, chemicals & scheduled wastes, WIP & returned materials, KIV, scrap & slow-moving items.
  • Ensuring warehousing activities comply with the FIFO system.
  • Package products for return to vendors and fill out any RMA paperwork necessary prior to the shipment being picked up.
  • Implementing Departmental policies and safe work procedures.
  • Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Ensuring proper housekeeping of stores, compliance with the local authorities on safety & health requirements & established store procedures.
  • Managing loan & return of tools & equipment.
  • Ensuring safety of staff.
  • Motivating and disciplining staff.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
  • Assisting with deliveries where required.
