Draft Certificates of Incumbency / Registered Agent Certificates Check Company Search Reports Administrative checking of Liquidation documentations / Subsequent Register Filings. Send instructions for billing / application of Certificate of Incumbency / Certificate of Good Standing / Company Search. Provide activation of companies.
